Free Virtual Workshop By Mental Health Estrie
Mental Health Estrie invites you to join us for an upcoming free virtual workshop presented in English. Our next event, “Exploring Dance as Therapy” will take place on Wednesday, May 29th, 2024 from 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm on Zoom. Guest speaker Dr. Adrianna Mendrek is a neuroscientist and a professor at Bishop’s University. She will lead us through some of the benefits of dance, the difference between dance as therapy and “dance therapy”, and more. This workshop is open to everyone and free of charge.
